The Cellular NB LTE High-performance 4G Antenna Embedded PCB CTRF-ANTENNA-PCB-7027-4015-UFL antenna is a 3 dBi gain LTE NB-IoT antenna an indoor PCB antenna manufactured by C&T RF Antennas Inc for narrowband LTE wireless network applications.

NB-IoT does not offer any real advantages over LTE-M unless you are not deploying LTE and are not planning to deploy any new infrastructure until 5G matures.
