What is a 5GNR Flexible PCB Antenna?
The High Gain 5GNR Flexible PCB Antenna CTRF-ANTENNA-FPC-60600-11216-IPEX antenna is a flexible printed circuit (FPC) antenna 5G new radio (NR) antennas for both sub 6GHz and millimeter-wave embedded antenna manufactured by C&T RF Antennas Inc for the New 5G network applications.

Reference signals (RS) for 5G NR
In 3GPP TS 38.211 (Release 15), several reference signals are defined for 5G NR.
There are four types of uplink reference signals, namely
1. Demodulation reference signal for PUSCH
2. phase-tracking reference signals for PUSCH
3. Demodulation reference signal for PUCCH
4. Sounding reference signal
There are 5 types of downlink reference signals, which are as follows.
1. Demodulation reference signals for PDSCH
2. phase-tracking reference signals for PDSCH
3. Demodulation reference signals for PDCCH
4. Demodulation reference signals for PBCH
5. CSI reference signals
Unlike 4G LTE, 5G NR does not use Cell-specific RSs (CRS); all RSs are UE-specific RSs.
4G LTE only uses DMRS for the uplink, but since 5G NR does not have CRS, it needs DMRS for the downlink as well.
PT-RS is used to correct interference due to crystal phase errors.
CSI-RS is used to obtain CSI (channel-state information) information for the downlink; CSI-RS and DMRS are not transmitted simultaneously on the same radio resource unit.
